Group in Hong Kong, we serve as the overseas branch of Nomura Real Estate Solutions Co., Ltd. which is the “Property Brokerage & CRE Business Unit” of our group. - Took over the real estate brokerage business in the Kansai area from Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Established the Asset Sales Department and started full-scale commercial real estate brokerage business for corporations.

- Transitioned to a holding company structure under Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. (Wholly owned by Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc.)
- October 2006

- Launch of the new residential real estate brokerage service brand “Nomura no Chukai + (PLUS)”.

- The Nagoya branch of “Nomura no Chukai +” established and starts its brokerage business in Nagoya.
- April 2021
