These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms”) are operated by Nomura Real Estate Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and will apply to allcustomers (hereinafter referred to as "Userｓ") using the nomu.com service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). Notices and announcements on the use regarding this service (hereinafter together referred to as the "Notices") are also included in these Terms. Please read these Terms before using thisService and use this Service only if you understand and agree to the Terms. [Also, please note that the Company assumes that you agree to all Terms if you use this Service.]
|(1)||Upon using this Service, Users will prepare the necessary telecommunications environment, system, tools and software at their own expense, discretion and responsibility.|
|(2)||This Service is comprised of the providing of information through "nomu.com" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and the providing of other information.|
|(3)||The contents contained in the Service are subject to change from time to time without notice. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred from the modifications to Users.|
The copyrights for contents posted on this Site are the property of this Company and of the legitimate right holders. Users will not infringe these rights.
The Company will handle information identifying an individual in this Service (the “Personal Information”) as follows:
|(1)||Inquiries for property, requests for brochures and appointments for visits.
The Company will handle Personal Information which is provided by Users who input data on the Site upon making an inquiry, requesting brochures, or organising an appointment for a visit, in compliance with the privacy statement of this Site for such purposes. The Company may disclose or distribute Personal Information to a third party outsourcing company as deemed necessary.
The Company collects Personal Information of the Users, and analyzes and processes it so they cannot be identified on the individual level (hereinafter referred to as “Statistical Information”). It may be used or processed when developing new websites and carrying out business. Moreover, the Company may provide Statistical Information to a business partner or a party to a non disclosure agreement.
The following actions are prohibited when using the Site:
|(1)||Falsification or deleting of information provided by the Site, or acts that pose such risk.|
|(2)||Any act that causes or may cause disadvantage or damage to a third party or the Company.|

|(4)||Any slander or act that is detrimental to the reputation of or trust in a third party or the Company.|
|(5)||Regardless of the means, acts that interfere with the operation of this Site.|
|(6)||Any criminal act or act that leads to or may lead to a crime.|
|(7)||Any false declaration or notification when using the Site, such as registering an e-mail address of someone else.|
|(8)||Any act of reproduction, reprinting, storage or transfer of the contents of this service without permission.|
|(9)||Any act that is or may be offensive to public policy or good morals.|
|(10)||Any unauthorized use of information provided on this Site for commercial purposes.|
|(11)||Any other act that the Company considers to be inappropriate for this Site.|
|(1)||The Company exercises care in providing accurate information on this Site; however, the Company provides no guarantees in this regard.|
|(2)||The Company shall not be held responsible any loss incurred by information which the user or the Company has stored on this Site, or by the loss or falsification of information which has been approved to be stored by a third party.|
|(3)||The Company is not liable for any damages to the User as cited in Term 5 Prohibited Conduct (including damages arising from disputes with a third party), nor any damages to a User or third party arising from temporary suspension of the Site. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages, for any reason whatsoever, incurred from the use of the Site.|
|(5)||In the event that a dispute occurs due to the use of this Site by a User,, said User shall take the full responsibility to resolve such a dispute. Moreover, in the event that damages have been incurred by the Company or any third party for reasons attributable to the User, the User shall be held responsible and costs shall be borne by the User.|
|(6)||A number of third-party websites are linked to and from this Site (such websites shall hereinafter be referred to as “Linked Sites”). The company shall not be held liable for the accuracy or legality of the content of Linked Sites. Moreover, the handling of Personal Information released by a User to such Linked Site will depend on the operating policy of the respective site. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any problems whatsoever caused as a result of the use of Linked Sites incurred on the User or a third party.|
|(1)||In the event that the User wishes to contact the operator of the Site, the User shall direct their inquiry to the designated contact.|
|(2)||Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to use of this Site shall be discussed and settled by the concerned parties in good faith; however, if not resolved, the issue shall be brought to the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.|
|(3)||The Company may update or modify the contents of the Terms without notice in advance. In this case, the updated or modified Terms shall be effective immediately.|
